This must be the worst pharmacy in Cardiff, staff do not acknowledge you, all they do is chat down the isle where the medicines are kept, they are so under staffed and the staff they do have are incredibly slow. Yet again everyone in continual long queue complaining that this place takes forever

Always queues, they just stand there and look, not enough staff, they take ages to get anything done and simply ignore you

As part of the minor ailments scheme I was dissapointed to be refused a simple medicated eye drop for an eye infection, instead being told to visit an optician... that are all closed on Bank Holiday.
