        Tried to pick up a private prescription that Boots didnt have. Was told in a rude and condescending manner that the manner of private prescription wed been given was not legal. It is, in fact, legal - just not fulfilled by asda pharmacies (as we later found out). This latter part wasnt the issue - it was more the approach the lady took in telling us this. We were treated like we were both 3 years old, and trying to scam her at the same time. Not what you need when youre stressed about medical problems requiring a prescription. It was just completely unnecessary and demeaning.

        Just popped in this evening to collect my partners prescription and the level of customer service, care and friendliness is fantastic, I didnt get the guys name who served me but he is outstanding. Thank you so much

        Changed to here for repeat prescriptions while ago after local chemist kept making mistakes and not actually caring! What a difference, asda pharmacy is more than convenient it is marvellous. Amazing, kind, caring employees who are lovely and so helpful. When my doc was late with my prescription the pharmacist gave me meds to see me through with ease. Cannot recommend them highly enough, now all my family have changed to them and they are so pleased with their efficency and kindness.
