Total incompetence as usual. None of 1 item in stock (apparently for months), went to another pharmacy 50 meters away, of course they had it fine. Bought some over the counter medication from here, turns out it is 5 cheaper in boots, absolutely disgusting! Went to return it and they said as it left the pharmacy they can't. Don't sell inflated priced product idiots! Absolute scam

Staff are lovely but otherwise incompetent. Every time I tried to pick up a repeat prescription, all records of me asking or that I even have a repeat prescription under my name vanish from the system. They're good with basic pharmaceutical products but cannot be relied on for prescriptions.

Update!!! Had a very pleasant visit to the pharmacy last week . The young lady on the counter was extremely helpful , very friendly and attentive Not sure if she will be a permanent member of staff , though they need to use her as a model for others

The staff consistently make inexcusable mistakes. For example, it's been over a year of the same repeat prescription and they continually order the wrong amount of meds. This leaves my very poorly partner without her essential medication very frequently. The staff then rudely state that it is the patient's fault or the GP's fault. We have recorded ourselves telling them the correct amount to order as evidence. They still outright refuse to take responsibility. Even just a simple, "Oh, I suppose we could have ordered it wrong." would be fine. Under trained staff, not enough knowledge in that building, rude to people who are just trying to get their medicine. Absolutely shocking. If at all possible, avoid this pharmacy or you will be left much more ill than before by having to reduce and stop taking your medication, unable to fulfill any course of meds prescribed by your doctor.

You cannot rely on this pharmacy - they are absolutely awful. Just shockingly bad. On a typical visit they will usually a) have no-one manning the desk, b) listen half-arsedly and then disappear without explanation, c) have a confused conversation with an equally clueless colleague, before d) eventually returning only to tell you that they have no record of you or your prescription. Cue another wasted trip and enforced return to the GP. It seems like every time you go in youre treated to another demonstration of incompetence, whoever it is serving you. Most recently I handed over a prescription for some cream, only to be told they didnt have the 30mg size and couldnt give me the perfectly good 45mg one they had in stock. Apparently that extra 15mg would completely undermine the veracity of the prescription and no doubt the integrity of the NHS. I was told they would need to refer the prescription back to the GP and to come back Tuesday. I came back Wednesday (giving them the extra day) and was then told that, although the prescription had been changed to the 45mg they had in stock as requested, they couldnt give it to me because the original dosage was still written as twice daily, instead of once a day as the 45mg cream required. Apparently this could not be overlooked, lest I overdose on some cream. Neither could a second referral back to the GP have been avoided, despite the pharmacys obvious penchant for detail. I was not allowed to take my own prescription back, in case another pharmacy should afford me the service so badly lacking on Bishops Road. Take my advice and entrust your health to someone else.
