My mother is in agony because of them, she is 1 week late of meds and they have lied more than once saying the meds ain't ready. She is having cold turkey and got bullied by one of the staff members saying she is wrong. Disgusting service and on top of that as of 12/01/23, it's not 9:58 and the pharmacy is not open and it says nothing on the doors, disgusting.

I have had several bad experiences at this Pharmacy in recent years with rude staff and judging by the reviews on here, I am not alone. Today, I was accused of changing the date on a prescription in front of all the other customers (I have no reason to do such a thing) and no effort was made to allow me say otherwise before being told that I will have to get my prescription re-issed. The member of staff could have handled this matter with some discretion at the very least. I would advise anyone planning to use this pharmacy to instead visit Parkgate Pharmacy which is the other side of the Police station where the staff are friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgraceful chemist my autistic son was headbanging a brick wall and biting himself due to the way they treated me,I've got mental health and they were absolutely disgusting towards me,my medication and my son had a meltdown due to the ludicrous waiting time and he overheard the way they talked down to me+it caused him to have a very bad meltdown,they showed no empathy,care,or no apologies for their disgusting behaviour and there's going to be a major complaint made avoid this disgraceful chemist especially dawn!!!!

The lady was rude and abrupt to me as she said that there was a queue. The lady being served explained that it was her daughter. The member of staff then tutted at me and said quite rudely that the pharmacist was on lunch so you'll have to wait. I asked her for my script back and she gave a sigh without saying anything. I will never go there again. Cone one guys, people are ill or may become confused or deaf. Please show some respect
