Sheppards Pharmacy (Avicenna Partner) Pontypridd

Given 2 instead of my 3 prescription orders. Had to go back and was told it was on a different order - I asked if a note could be made and was told by the pharmacist that "I can't make a note for everyone" and I'd need to ask for the two sets of items every time I came in - rubbish service.

Used to be 5 stars used to be the only pharmacy I'd use. But over the last few months, the service has gone downhill. I've had issues with getting my sons prescription every month since November. I've had some prescriptions lost, some not ordered correctly or at all the service has gone from being really helpful and polite to everything seems to much effort and not polite. I've now changed pharmacy and won't use this one again it's a shame because I can only ever remember using this pharmacy. Given it 2 stars because of the past good service , I currently wouldn't give it one!

Wouldnt even give 1 star if I could, rude staff and dont deliver on time.

Trying to get a repeat prescription 36 calls and still no answer,this happens all the time I try to get my friends prescription ordered .Yes I imagine your busy but surely if the phone rings constantly its for a reason!! TERRIBLE ...time to change pharmacy.
