        Prescription for ear drops took 40 minutes, and it wasn't particularly busy. I was told it would take 10 minutes, so they've obviously never heard of managing expectations. Received a mumbled, insincere apology for the long wait. Will use another pharmacy next time.

        Cant fault the professionalism of the reception team and in particular the pharmacist here. Fitted us in last minute after being told incorrect information at Nomad (vaccine shortage perhaps but so wrong not to give us the latest advice). Thanks again and heres to a happy holiday. Will certainly be our first port of call for any future travel requirements. Thanks again Robert and the team.

        Have used this Pharmacy for several years and all the staff are kind and competent. The Pharmacist Rob Cousins has been very helpful over the years especially when two of my medications were in short supply nationwide and he went to great lengths to source identical products from different manufacturers for me, and has even witnessed my passport application! Thanks for everything.
