        We decided to avoid this business due to the lack of professional manner and compassion that we experienced from the young members of staff there. One member of staff spoke about the cremation process in detail, and it was this level of detail that became very upsetting for our family. Were so glad that we decided against the cremation process after this bad experience.

        Toraly useless service . Rang them at 3pm and got told they simply couldn't do anything to help me with my deceased dog

        We lost our dog very suddenly she was only 3 so was a massive shock to us all. Petwise were amazing from talking to us on the evening of her passing after they had closed for the day, to the wonderful caring service we received the following day taking Blod there. We were given time to say goodbye and the while process was explained. Thank you Gemma for taking us through the process and making a very difficult time a bit easier. We love the paw and nose prints as well. Would recommend you to others.Thank you
