It can be difficult to get on Richards book as hes always in high demand, but if you manage to do so hes got a proven track record, hell take the horse to the water, and if the horse drinks itll be in the best shape of its life. In my early 40s Im just n the best shape of my life better than my rugby days in my 20s!!

I have been a member of the gym for three weeks and loving it. Facilities are great and loads of classes to choose from. The instructors /pts are so knowledgeable and always make time to share with you what your day should look like healthy eating after each class which I think is really great and positive. I am currently doing the bootcamp and loving it and would definitely recommend doing this or looking at having a Pt as I think I will be after this bootcamp.
