A friendly, supportive and encouraging environment.Sessions are PT led and they are at hand to advise.I find the variety between all the sessions kerps it interesting and enjoyable, you can work within your own ability but also push yourself.I used to run a little to keep active but a knee injury meant I couldnt; since being at the gym my knee injury has improved, I can run again but also Im notably fitter.There are so many choices of session times it fits easy around my work and family life.

FitHub30- what a brilliant idea, what an inspiration, what an incredible atmosphere and professionalism!! Stepping into this gym makes you feel like you are in a safe place, you won't be judged or compared, you will be MOTIVATED! The idea of this beautiful community and the amazing staff that make sure you are positive and focused, is what we all secretly have been wishing for when we enter a gym. I had an achilleas injury half way through my prepaid sessions, i sent a message to Holly, she asked what happened so i told her and i never received anything since, months down the line not even a text to ask if i was ok? If i wished to continue with the sessions i had already paid for, no customer care support at all.
