After two years of guess work an downloaded programs I started working with Dan to get lean, I have lost over 2 stone in 5months and am seeing results to finally get those abs I have always struggled to get. All this while still eating cakes an treats. Stick with the plan he gives you an take away all the guess work. Nice set of abs developing an showing through now. Very happy so far an will continue to work with him.

I signed up with Dan in January 2018 - mainly for fat loss and to get in better shape. I was probably weighing the heaviest Id ever been at 125kgs. I was lethargic, feeling really down and had a reoccurring knee and neck injury which made it look likely that Id have to stop playing rugby. Id been following the flexible dieting coach on FB for a while and something triggered in me to just give him a go. Id tried loads of different diets and programs over the last 10 years, from online sites, magazines and strength&conditioning coaches through rugby with no real consistent progress or success in terms of fat loss. In the past 9 months that Ive been with Dan, Ive lost around 25kg/ 4 1/2 stone - this has been down to Dans help and guidance. Its taken a lot of will power and effort, but I genuinely feel that I would never have been able to do it without him. Heres the main things which Ive learned/ enjoyed about the process and that Id like to share with prospective clients: - education; I thought I had a good understanding of weight training and nutrition, but the amount of knowledge Dan instils in you over time is great, every week is a learning opportunity and you literally ingrain new habits. I havent really felt Ive been on a diet, some weeks are tough as Ive been in a big deficit but overall its enjoyable - Accountability; when you mess up, Dan will tell you about it. You dont dwell on it, he helps you reflect and look at things differently and how to move forward. Having him in your corner just gives you that extra motivation to make sure you hit your weekly targets. The more you open up and tell him, the more you get out of it - Variety; every week and phase is different, Dan mixes it up and you dont get bored. He even gives you options sometimes of exercises to do, which empowers you and gives you more confidence - Support; when things crop up, social events, nights out etc. Dan will plan around them, theres no you cant do this or that. Nothings a hassle, and you can enjoy the blow outs without feeling guilty because in a few days time your back on track. Before if Id gone out and jumped on the scales next day, Id be really angry and this would lead to eating more junk food for a few days. Now, I jump on the scales and have put on a couple kgs but I dont feel bad about it, I know its only short term and by going back into my routine in a few days Im back to where I was. - Training detail; I really enjoy Dans programs, theyre well planned and they progressively get harder. Some sessions you feel like you havent done that much or you feel you should do more and I have done, but it catches up with you. Dans training isnt about going flat out all the time, its about being smarter and consistent. You learn to just listen and follow his instructions. His programs are really clear and easy to follow and you can access them on your phone which makes things convenient - Rewards; when you do well Dans amazing at giving you positivity and making you feel good about yourself. if youve really stood out in a particular week he rewards you with cash prizes, its a real incentive and fair play to him he forks out every week for his clients. - Feedback; over the past few months Ive opened up with Dan and talked to him about a load of different ideas with my work and personal life. He always takes the time to read and reply about everything that is non training and diet related. Its been great for me as his opinion is objective and its something I value as Ive formed a good relationship with him and I trust his opinion. This is my last month with Dan, which is really gutting but also exciting - as hes got me to a place now where I feel confident and happy with myself and even more motivated to continue with my training and nutrition. Cheers Dan for everything and all the best

I started weight lifting roughly 20 months after losing around 5 stone. After spending around 16 months of lifting I realised that I was stuck in a rut and just literally going to the gym with no real idea of how to progress, no goals and no real ambition other than not to get fat again! After watching the TFDC vlogs online for a few months I decided to give him a shot. After an initial consultation, filling out his pre assessment form and having a chat regarding my thoughts, feelings and potential goals, Dan eased me in to the whole process really well. Something that has really helped me is his analysis of videos to determine weak areas in setup and that he noticed deficiencies in my posture that affected certain movements. To put a long story short, Bodyweight (Fat Loss) down, Strength across all main lifts has increased, Love of food has returned. Dan has genuinely made working out, lifting, eating and socialising more fun. If your thinking of getting an online coach, I can't speak highly enough of Dan and his methods. He's an awesome guy as well, which makes all of this so much easier. PS He's also Welsh, so you get an awesome coach with a lovely accent too.

Dan takes the time and effort to build a customised plan which is extremely detailed! Weekly online feedback allows for plans to be adjusted accordingly and the flexible dieting approach has huge benefits in terms of sustaininability! Would definitely recommend!
