    We were offered Coach Cei classes through lockdown by work (Principality) and every class I attended was great. Some really challenged me but Coach Cei was always encouraging and smiling regardless of the day or how hard it was. I fell I have managed to maintain a certain level of fitness and build a good routine of lunch time exercise. Ceinwen is a brilliant trainer and a fabulous person. Hope to get to meet her IRL soon.

    Since lockdown Cei has been providing my company with a weekly HITT class. Without a doubt it has been 'THE BEST' 45 minutes of coaching I have received. The HITT class is clearly thought out, and caters for all standards. There is no pressure to achieve more than you are capable of, but the key is that Cei also expects you to push yourself. I personally never thought I would take an online session, as I have always preferred getting into the gym. However, I wouldn't switch back since taking these online sessions. I can get up in the morning and have a great workout before work and be sitting at my desk before 9'clock ready to go. I cannot recommend Cei enough, and I can't wait for the next session.

    Cei has been providing HIIT classes to Sonovate since the start of lockdown. She was completely flexible and adapted to the circumstances incredibly well, when we asked if she could help us out as short notice. She's super friendly, and certainly the best PT I have come across. She adapts her classes to the stengths (and builds on weaknesses) of the group. She's pulls together intelligent routines and clearly has these organised ahead of the session. Cei can tweak her sessions depending on the size of the class, at short notice. She engages well with both large groups and smaller groups of just 2, depending on what she's faced with. She knows what she's doing, and is really on it with running both her classes and her business. No complaints from the team at Sonovate, and we'd definitely recommend her to other businesses or individuals looking to get fit, loose weight, gain knowledge on keeping fit, and have some fun!

    I started training with Cei when I was 12 weeks pregnant. Having worked out for all my adult life I didn't want to stop during my pregnancy but I wanted to make sure that what I was doing was safe for both me and baby. Cei created a gym work out programme that was tailored to me and my growing bump through each stage of my pregnancy, adapting moves to accommodate the bump during our sessions and the workout classes I was doing. Thanks to Cei I felt confident enough to work out in the gym until two days before being induced. The midwives even commented on how strong my abs and pelvic floor were. Once baby had arrived, Cei created an at home post natal work out plan that work around my baby's short naps. When baby isn't asleep she loves being used as a weight for some exercises and giggles throughout my HIIT sessions. I can even bring baby along to Cei's online workout classes. Cei specialist pre and post natal knowledge provided the reassurance my family and friends needed that what I was doing was perfectly safe and gave me the knowledge and confidence to answer those who were questioning why I wasn't using pregnancy as a reason to stop working out. Working out both pre and post natal gave me a chance to focus on me and I'd encourage any mums to be or new mums who want to exercise to get in touch with Cei!
