I have just completed a programme with Kelly and would highly recommend her. She listens really well and makes the programme completely personal. I found her very knowledgeable and highly motivational. I really enjoyed my sessions with her and feel that the advice she has given has helped me begin a far healthier lifestyle.

I wanted to lose a bit of weight and especially tone up in 5 weeks for a wedding , didnt think it was possible but with the help and advice of Kelly R , who pushed /motivated me , and I was able to achieve my goals within a short time. Which included weight/fat loss. Nothing is impossible if you really want it . Im now motivated and eating healthy and visiting gym 3 times a week , all thanks to Kelly, I would highly recommended Kelly to anyone .

Starting the course I wasn't as fit as I was prior to falling and sustained a fractured wrist in March 2021. Also a torn tendon in shoulder & I had Covid too in March 2022. However since commencing the course my overall fitness, strength and mental health has improved dramatically. My grateful thanks Kelly for all your support, encouragement and advice . Kelly is a superb motivator. She adapts and changes the training sessions to ensure the best results. As a pensioner I can honestly say I never thought I could do the weight training she has me on, but shes successfully encouraged me throughout. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to be fitter and happier with how they look and feel.
