I have lost several stone and become much fitter and healthier under his guidance.
His training sessions arent just body focused but also mind and diet and attitude.
Hes a health life coach in my eyes.
My coaching has now changed due to long term illness and Aarons been fantastic helping me with appropriately paced rehabilitation.

It has been great not only to have someone assisting in achieving your goals but also become a friend.
I initially went to Aaron because although I considered myself relatively fit i had put on weight and become lethargic.
I needed some help to motivate myself to become a healthier person.
From the off Aaron was very professional, putting together a varied exercise plan and requiring completion of a detailed eating diary.
Twice weekly sessions require input from the trainer as well as the trainee and the sessions were always enjoyable and varied and tailored to my level in order to push myself just a little bit more as the weeks progress.
the great thing I found was as you become a little bit fitter, lose a little weight you want to do more and more so you eat less rubbish and do more exercise outside of the sessions.
In addition Aaron has plenty of advice to offer on all sorts of subjects from the American political scene to SAS training so the sessions were always enjoyable and never boring.
Despite attending at 7AM mondays and fridays BEFORE going onto a stressful job i dont think I ever missed a session apart from holidays which is a testament to how good he is.
