    Since starting personal training with Adam, I have found him to be professional while considerate to my individual needs especially if you have any injuries which he is able to work with you with his rehabilitation. As a shy person and also with mental health issues of depression and anxiety, he is able to work with you and help get the most out of exercise sessions. Also he is a fantastic listener, caring personality that goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend him as PT for anyone who wants a top trainer.

    Great coach who helped me improve the range of motion and strength in my knee after an injury. Will push you but listens and knows when to stop too. Great at adapting based on any physical or mental health needs. Not a full time vegan myself for health reasons but it was interesting to learn some useful recipes and cooking tips tailored to my gym goals.

    I had some great sessions with Adam, he works really hard to find exercises that work for you. He gives a nice balance of encouragement without pushing you being your limits, but still makes sure you work hard. Adam also made some amazing recipe suggestions that would help me to reach my goals and kept track of progress, keeping you in track. Gutted I moved away, otherwise I would still have sessions with Adam.
