Claire is brilliant she helped me to have a better relationship with food and made me enjoy exercising again. Its totally different to diets Ive tried in the past. I was finding losing weight difficult but with Claires help and guidance Im getting to my end goal. The journey Ive been in has helped me a lot. Claires support has been great shes compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to lose weight and get fitter.

I've been finding it difficult to shift my middle age/menopausal weight, so went to Claire with my issues. I exercise regularly and felt my diet wasn't too bad. She guided me through some dos and don'ts that are so easy to manage. Within a week of adjusting my diet I've already seen changes. Claire has produced a superb document that shows the protein in loads of foods that I would normally buy and some that I wouldn't have thought to buy and eat. It's set out in an easy to read and refer to style. I thoroughly recommend purchasing it and spending some time chatting with Claire about your lifestyle, eating and exercise habits. Claire is a supportive personal trainer. She goes above and beyond with her support and information and more importantly it works. I reduced my body weight by a stone in 8 weeks when I had been struggling before. Her approach makes total sense and you don't go hungry at all. Claire gives loads of recipes and insights and her support calls are brilliant. I would definitely recommend Claire and is the only person who has helped me to make lasting changes with her approach.

Claire is an excellent PT and I would highly recommend her. I wanted someone to keep me accountable and she was great at doing that. She helped me structure my diet to one that not only suited me better but allowed me to relax on the weekend whilst still lose weight. Claire is extremely positive and supportive and helped me get through the moments when I struggled. If you're looking to lose weight and improve fitness Claire is a great choice.

I've lost over 27lbs with Claire so far and I've never gone hungry or had to say "no" to anything I fancied. Having tried everything in my life from Slimming World to Weight Watchers to Cambridge to the Cabbage Soup Diet, this is the only programme that has allowed me to lose weight which allows me to eat all food groups and where I feel in control. Everything Claire does is based on science and is tailored to you & your lifestyle. She helps you to understand what you *really* need to do to lose weight and is there to guide you through the process, giving you the tools and knowledge you need to make healthy eating a life habit and not just a fad. She empowers you to make better informed choices which align with your goals. She looks to help you from the inside, out and doesnt just help with what you eat, but why you eat and other choices you make. She is encouraging and compassionate, helping people achieve their goals in the best way for them so it lasts. After a lifetime of diets (the most of which focussing on whats bad for weightloss, rather than whats good for weightloss), I feel the knowledge Ive gained so far with Claire will stay with me and help me keep the weight off for good! I cant recommend Claire enough and I truly believe your future self will thank you for making the investment in your lifetime health.
