Lily, where to start?! From the moment we walked in I felt so comfortable. We chatted all things wedding and you were able to find lots of different scents that would go with my vision for my day. The hand and arm massage was stunning and my sister was even treated to one also. We got it down to two and you agreed that my reaction to my wedding scent was the icing on the cake! It's stunning. Couldn't stop smelling my arm all day . I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day. You then wrapped it all up and engraved the box for me and ensured it all had the scent on it ready for the wedding day. I honestly can't recommend you or Jo Malone enough! I will be telling everyone about the service you gave. Me, my mam and sister haven't stopped speaking about how amazing you made me feel today. Thank you so much. Booked the wedding scenting experience for my sister and it lived up to every single expectation, the scent shes come away with is absolutely unbelievable, the team there are so knowledgeable, they listened to everything she had to say about what she liked and disliked and came up with the most stunning bespoke fragrance that she is beyond excited to wear on her wedding day. A lovely warm welcome and help straight away when I walked in to store. I was served by a lady called Molly, who was very attentive and personable. Lovely experience for a Monday morning 1st stop Christmas shopping.
