Didnt honour their black friday deal and still havent got my refund 2 weeks on. Have asked and sent many emails and no response. Why is it so hard? Wont use the online store again. Online shopping is supposed to be easier and hassle free. Not in this case

Sadly there isn't a zero rating which is what this business deserves. Went to the one store in St. Davids to be met by a completely disinterested shop assistant who told us to go upstairs and see if they have what we were looking for. This is not how customers should be treated, between the two stores there should be a way to communicate with each other so that customers feel as if they have been treated well. We went upstairs to more disinterest and a simple no. No, we don't have it although the perfume in question was on their website. The assistant was more than happy to just leave us with a simple "no". If this was my business I would fire people who don't try and secure a sale when people are begging to spend their money. Rude, unpleasant and not what perfume shopping should be about.
