Contacted this company for a quote and arranged for a Friday visit with Neill so he could measure up. He turned up a little late which wasn't an issue, in his defence he text to let me know. Went through the details of what i wanted, he then measured up and told me i would receive the quote in a couple of days. After not hearing back for 8 days i contacted their office, the polite lady on the phone took my details and informed me somebody would be in touch. 24 hours later i receive an email from Neill: Hi Chris Sorry for the delay in getting back to you ,Im afraid at this time we can help you out with your quote as it a little to far I must have missed something, my house must have moved in the 8 days since he visited and measured up! Last time i checked we are approx the same distance from them as Bridgend which, according to their website, they cover. I am also 22 miles closer to them than Swansea; which they also cover according to their website!

Neill was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the process - if I had any questions or concerns he dealt with them right away. Couldnt fault him or his team, absolute pleasure to deal with and were delighted with the finished driveway.
