Dr Sanjeev Agarwal took time to telephone me directly and personally at home in an evening to discuss my needs and concerns regarding private surgery. Dr Agarwal was very patient, incredibly knowledgeable and covered every single point at a pace that I understood. On arrival at the Spire hospital for a pre operation appointment, again very prompt, and fully discussed all aspects of the process in a manner I understood. On the day of surgery, again met with me to again cover all points and go through the process, incredibly thorough, and at a pace I understood. Post surgery, Dr Agarwal met with me personally each day of my stay in hospital checking everything was as it should be. Addressing any concerns in depth. A few weeks after surgery again during evening a video appointment to check on progress. Dr Agarwal, is a very kind, softly spoken man who at every stage put me completely at ease, an extremely confident and experienced surgeon, I am so glad I put my trust in him.

After years of waiting with NHS took myself private with Spire for knee replacement. Dr Sanjeev Agarwal & Spire team were professional, friendly and had the knee replacement sorted within two months of first contact. To say its a success is an understatement. Mr Sanjeev Agarwal is a very professional surgeon. He explained everything to me and the replacement of my knee was carried out at Spire cardiff. The nursing staff were excultant. The scar is hardly visible after 4 weeks. I would recommend Mr Agawal to all my family and friends should they require any surgery.
