I have never met a more caring and compassionate team of people. I was at my wits end with a painful eye infection and had felt fobbed off by my doctor and another optician. That was until I went to Penarth eye centre. They listened they referred me for more care and they offered me kind words, water and tissues when I got upset. What a lovely place, Id never been before and live in Penarth. There will be no other choice for me now with my eye care needs. I cant thank them the enough.

Fantastic and friendly service from the whole team. Would highly recommend. The only opticians that was able to see me with an eye emergency on the same day. (Having spend several hours ringing around all the options in Cardiff who had no availability to help, Penarth Eye Center came to the rescue and fitted me in at really short notice.) The Optician James McNabb was very knowledgeable, explained everything to me and gave me great advice to ensure I did everything I possibly could to help my eye recover quickly. Thank you so much for everything, I'm so grateful my eye is almost back to normal... Best wishes to you all, Jess

Fantastic! I had an eye emergency and was in a lot of pain. I phoned and they were able to fit me in first thing the following morning. Sheila on reception was lovely, very professional and then when I arrived the optician, Becky, was able to solve the problem and I left in no pain and absolutely delighted. Thank you!!
