I had only had my eyes tested a year ago by a DIFFERENT optician but was very disappointed by the glasses provided. So I decided to return to John Lewis Cardiff who had previously given myself and my wife excellent service. I was not disappointed. I had an extremely comprehensive eye test from Caroline Campbell, an superb choice of frames and options for the lenses. My new glasses arrived in just over a week and I could not be more happy with my new glasses. Highly recommended !

Went in and found I needed glasses for the first time. The staff were so helpful and friendly in finding a pair. Would definitely recommend to others.
