On the 13 January I attended for an eyesight test after which I chose to pay 220 for two pairs of glasses. After returning home I realized that one pair had a scratched lens, subsequently I returned these to the Pontypridd store and was informed it was a manufacturing fault. The following week I received a call to collect the glasses and all was fine until on cleaning a member of staff snapped the frame. I then had to chose an alternative frame as my first choice could no longer be supplied, Then a week later I received another call to inform me that for no clear reason I would have to undergo the whole process once more. I then again returned to the shop to ask for a refund as I had lost all confidence in their services, I then had to haggle for my full refund and was eventually refunded in full. So after 22 days and a lot of wasted time I still have no new glasses.
