        Had an appointment at 10.15 yesterday and arrived a bit early expecting to wait but I was greeted by a very polite and friendly staff member who took my name and asked me to take a seat.I was seen well before my app time and at each stage of my visit I was again greeted by a polite and friendly member of staff. Didnt feel like a customer at all rather a friend. Amazing customer service from everyone. I usually go to another branch but after my visit yesterday this will be my preferred branch going forward. Well done to all the staff at Leckwith specsavers, they are lucky to have you.
