        Had an eye test there today. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming - they didnt even mind me bringing my dog in store with me too as he suffers from separation anxiety so cant be left alone. Honestly cant fault them at all; great customer service and will definitely be booking my next eye test at this branch again when its time.

        Went here after a bad experience in another branch previously. Explained why I wasnt using the local branch as I believed their sales were being put before my requirements only to be delivered with the same poor quality of care. When I suspected Id been sold something I didnt need I went to an independent optician who confirmed my fears, I was in fact being sold over 350 worth of glasses I quite simply didnt need. I immediately sought a refund which was made difficult. From now on Ill use independent opticians.
