        An extremely thorough examination left me feeling very reassured. I hadn't been for a few years and was admonished (in the nicest possible way) by explaining at my time of life (72) it is foolish not to spend an hour a year just to ensure all is well. Apparently all is well, so many thanks to all in Julian Davies especially Dan.

        Called at Julian Davies Opticians Llandaff Village. I cannot praise them enough, the eye test has been the most thorough test I have ever had and I've tried a few opticians. The staff were very professional and assisted me all the way regarding the picking of frames, after about ten sets I agreed on a specific pair. I went for the top of the range varifocal along with transition and anti reflective coating etc and a pair of vdu glasses. I was very pleased with the costing and in the thorough manner of explaining all my options. Will never go anywhere else from now on.
