Was fine for a few years. Up until recently. I had an appointment March 1st at 2:50pm. Went down that day and no one was in, door was locked, and phone was off so no one could ring through. I have mental health issues which include severe social anxiety. I usually need a chaperone to help me feel less anxious in public but this time, because I've been trying to overcome it, I went alone. Haven't since. Seriously discouraged me. Caused an emotional breakdown & anxiety attack. I messaged Soulsbys the day after on Facebook to question them about not being professional, and they left me on seen then blocked me on Facebook. I've spent so much money for transitions with these guys when I shouldn't have. I'm on benefits and can't afford their extortionate prices all the time, and I have a medical condition which they should've been provided for regardless of price. They've scammed me for near enough 6 years now. And they've handicapped my progress. And still no eye test despite how bad my eyes are. 0/5 if I could, never go back there again.

Have been suffering with headaches and Suzanne tested my eyes as been needing a retest for some time. Headaches are gone with my new Glasses. Fair price but what made this company special for me was how polite and patient there were with my self recommended
