        1st visit for eye test was a great experience, second visit didn't go quite so well .I asked the lady helping me to adjust the nose pieces 3 times but she just didn't do it.3rd visit to change lenses went well but I asked for new larger nose peices to be fitted and it just wasn't done . I didn't bother asking again and left. Nose peices now rubbed my nose sore and not happy.
