I have always received excellent service from ECR: they stepped in at short notice to provide me with software, after another company let me down; the software is very good, and fit for purpose for my bar/restaurant; and the ongoing support over the past year has been prompt, efficient and effective. I have to say Sean and his team where first class, any business needs to understand what they are selling and have the ability to ensure everything balances. The money we spent with ECR I feel is the best money we have spent on opening our business. We could'nt live without his products and first class service, it really is that simple. Having used this for over a year and more recently accross 2 sites we have found it challenging to say the least. On paper a great system, in practice littered with errors and creaking at the seams. Very clunky, outdated and in need of a rebuild from the bottom up. That said the team try their best to be as helpful as possible.
