You get what you pay for in this nursery and if you want what's best for your child go else where. My child went here for a few months and we ended up having to pull him out, they called me out of work almost every other week to pick him up because he'd sneeze or cough or had a spot that was always (according to them) a sure sign of chicken pox.. (it was never chicken pox, doctor confirmed it!) I'd have to pay them in full but couldn't go back without a doctor's note, so I'd have to take two days off work every time they did it till I could get him a doctor's appt. The staff are rude, the manager is an embarrassment to the company and runs the place like a boarding house for naughty children. I took my son in 10 minutes early once because he had fallen asleep on the drive in, I thought that if I could lie him down he'd sleep for longer in nursery. But going through the door I was shouted at for coming 10 minutes early and was told to stand in the waiting room whilst cuddling my sleeping child. Of course then someone else came and rang the bell and woke him up. I then had to leave him in a right state, upset and crying and wanting to cuddle me, so I had to stay to calm him down and was late for work. I was never late to pick him up but on day one I was told that if I ever did pick him up late more than twice they'd phone social services. I can understand why they would do this, but at the same time, it felt threatening. My sister also used this nursery and had to leave because they were so rude to her. They were also sending her child home all the time and one day she'd had enough as it was affecting her job and told them it was "bloody ridiculous"... they then responded to her that this was "verbal abuse" and kicked her out. They falsely diagnose children with illness, and none of them are medically trained. Every time my child was sent home with something the doctors would claim there was nothing wrong with them... they were kids and kids get runny noses. I tell my new nursery the horror stories of treforrest day nursery and they gasp and laugh at their audacity. It was like a breath of fresh air to go into a new nursery full of friendly and caring staff.. as apposed to stuck up and rude trained monkeys. Most of the paper work I had contained spelling mistakes. They aren't flexi at all, if you want a flexi day you can't call and ask for it, you have to email them and wait for them to decide if you can have it or not (mostly not) but by the time they get back to you, the works gone! Watch out if you are going here because it will cost you and you won't get the care.

Excellent child care, my little girl has been attending the nursery for 18 months and loves going there, I am always confident she's safe and well looked after, she's always happy going in and coming home she's full of story's about her day. The staff are outstanding and I have never had an issue, definitely recommend to family and friends, if your looking for affordable, flexible child care definitely take a look. The staff are very helpful and put you at ease from the moment you step through the door
