Very thick and the technique was not good
Looked like nails in the junk shop
The young lady was lovely
The gentleman in charge was shocking
Showing his impatience and being rude by speaking in a different language with staff throughout my visit
There was a very difficult frustrating language barrier
The Owners, children were running up and down the salon.
Environment where theres a lot of hazardous, chemicals and overpowering smells
not professional
I felt really uncomfortable
The gentleman took over, with no explanation,
Told me what did I want and proceeded to chop all the nails off
I paid the full price and left
After spending two hours
I left with short, sharp nails,
And crying
