        I booked an appointment over the phone for my nails to be taken off and a new set put on! When I came to my appointment I was told no, and that they didnt have enough time so they would just give me an infill. I told them I had booked and he still continued to say no they didnt have enough time! My appointment was at 13:15? So I wasnt the last appointment of the day! When the man was filling my nails with the electric file my nails were burning where he simply wasnt paying attention and just rushing! I then asked for a simple design in my chosen colour from the colours on display and was told no they dont have that colour, when asked for a French manicure I was also told no again because again they didnt have the colour! Im not one to complain ever! But I feel they just didnt care, and wanted me out of the salon! I have visited around 5 times before and havent had any issues but after today I wont be visiting again! Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Nail designs, Nail extensions, Nail painting
