        What a great group of people. I have a Crafter guitar which had a defective tuner. As it was an old model, they couldn't supply the exact part but they did get me a tuner that matched and buttons to replace the larger original ones. Lui and the team really helped me out.

        Quality company - I needed a new machine head for my fretless acoustic bass and Lui provided excellent customer service in sorting this out for me despite the on-going COVID-19 pandemic. They helped me identify the part I needed, and once identified it was shipped out immediately and arrived the next day! Bloody fantastic :)
