I was somewhat concerned with buying my first ever van without even test driving it. The world we live in has changed but had I? Well I embarked on a journey with a Vanza companion named Josh. What a guy. Regular calls, videos and messages addressing my requests and concerns. All of which were completed as agreed and to my satisfaction. Josh was on hand returning calls and answering messages without delay which made me feel very comfortable with the arrangement. The work I requested was shown completed via great videos within the time that we had discussed. And finally, the delivery up to the Northwest was on schedule with a polite friendly driver. I would highly recommend Vanza Ltd due to my experience dealing with Josh. Many thanks for all your help.

What can I say other than first class service from Gary & his team from start to finish. Made buying online an absolute cinch! Love my new van. High spec. Drives great. Delivered on time. And the case of beers & bottle of Prosecco a lovely touch. Cheers Gary will definitely use you again.
