Van Zone

Sales advisor was really helpful but beware!!!! On my vehicle they retain the registration documents for 6 months so you cannot sell the vehicle for a profit. This proved to be an absolute nightmare. My current insurers wouldn't insure it and it took many phone calls to different companies to get it covered. Eventually got it insured for 1,920 when my own insurers quoted 680 until they knew about the documents being retained. Also couldn't get a number plate for the trailer as I hadn't got the log book so had to purchase it through vanzone. They also wouldn't sell it to me unless I had it on finance.

Top service sales, admin right through to delivery. Communication was superb! Very happy with my little van. Will be back to van zone for the next one.

Very disappointing lack of service from Van Zone. Paid them a deposit in April 2021 for a van to be delivered July 2021. Subsequently told it would not be available until September, 2021 and then again delayed until maybe February or March 2022. Still not firm delivery date and a refusal to refund the deposit. They keep the money but can't deliver the service. Pretty poor attitude to customer service too.

After looking around i came across van zone the team was very knowledgeable Quality service could not be more helpful and the new van prices was spot on i would have no problem using or recommending them
