I was introduced to Charles Frank by my mortgage advisor to help with a second charge. After speaking with someone there I was then passed on to one of their advisors called Daniel who talked me through everything. I didnt know what to expect and never knew what a second charge was but Daniel explained everything to me every step of the way and reassured me a lot keeping me up to date and telling me what to do next.
