After been declined twice on the row with different lenders through a previous mortgage advisor, with having a case that was not straight forward. Afriend of ours recommended Puneet Mudgal (cardiff financial services) I can't stress enough how much Puneet is experienced in this area, he told us from the beginning after looking into our case that if he don't think he will get us a mortgage he won't take us through this journey we knew from the beginning that he is in different league compared to the previous mortgage advisor he worked out of his working hours calling us for informations and he always had time to answer aur endless questions and always made us feel secured towards getting our dream home. Puneet was one of only a few brokers nationwide that was able to obtain a very complex self build mortgage for me. A chance meeting opened the door for both of us. His energy and drive to ensure he followed KYC (Know your customer) principles and then followed up with exceptional customer service to completion means that he is now my go to broker.
