We found ourselves in a really difficult position when the sale of our property fell through and we were forced to become accidental landlords. Everything seemed stacked against us as the rates continued to rise and a buy to let mortgage proved tricky to find - made more difficult as I was on maternity leave. Cath worked tirelessly to get us a mortgage that would work for us and leave us still in a position to buy a property to live in too. We cant thank her enough for that and for her quick and clear communication during what was a really stressful time for us. I cant wait to work with her on the next stage!

Sam contacted me well in advance of the end of the fixed term period of my mortgage. After a quick review of my circumstances and future plans she put together a comprehensive list of remortgage options with pros and cons for me to consider, and kept me up to date with potential changes whilst I was reviewing my choices. Cant fault the service provided, made everything as seamless as possible.
