I have always wanted to buy a house but couldn't sort it all out on my own. Upon speaking to a work colleague he suggested I get a mortgage advisor to help me. At this stage I wasn't going to proceed officially yet - just researching, and so I Googled for advisors near me and emailed the top 3 companies (Eden Hawk being the first) with the same email asking for advice. Tom, from EH was the only one to respond with actual answers unlike the others who just sent a copied/pasted message or asked me to just call them. I asked Tom more questions and he always gave detailed and informative answers. And as someone who overthinks and has a million questions in their head this was what I needed. I decided to proceed with Tom for a credit check etc to see how much I could borrow out of curiosity and everything was streamlined from there. I noticed a good investment in the market shortly after recieving my decision in principle and within just two weeks Tom has helped me make so much progress! Tom has always been straightforward to talk to, replies very quickly and never has left me in the dark about anything. Every email so far has had the next steps included so I know what to do next - without having to ask which is a great relief for me.
