I have dealt with Liam on a couple of very complex cases for clients of my commercial finance brokerage recently and he has excelled with both. I had need to renew my BTL mortgage and was struggling to obtain a mortgage without putting more of my savings into the property due to the stress tests that lenders do. AFP found a lender who wuld provide a mortgage to replace the existing lender at th full value and saved me finding nearly 9,000. The matter was dealt with swiftly and as a reasonable cost
