Decent gym, great community and the staff are great! Only thing Id say is I wish there were some punch bags as theres space for it!

Good choice of equipment, friendly and helpful staff. Can get busy in early evenings.

This used to be my favourite gym I was one of their first members when it was a silver rated gym (gold today). Unfortunately ever since the pandemic I can no longer attend. Understandably you cant control people and the policy is gone to wear a mask in Wales but I suffer from Long Covid and cant afford to be bed bound internally suffocating from a lack of oxygen due to micro clots all because some guy carelessly or not doesnt care about the virus. I can no longer attend the gym simply because I dont feel safe (I am immunocompromised) such a shame as well. I would however continue to attend if you they created time slots where those who had verifiable proof of being disabled or vulnerable to viruses could be granted access to the gym at times other people cannot. For example only disabled or vulnerable people are allowed from 22:00-01:00 once or twice a week or something like that. I cant see many healthy non disabled people complaining as they have the health & time to go generally anytime theyre available.
