We have bought a new car from Wessex Kia having bought from Wessex Hyundai 12 months ago.What a difference in sales staff and management. Having been bitterly disappointed by the poor service and lack of response we had from the Hyundai team we were concerned the same attitudes would be at Kia. How wrong we were. From the moment we walked in through the door to the moment we drove the new car away we cannot fault the help, knowledge, understanding and communication shown by Andrew Jones (Sales) and Paul Sutherland(Management). I think the Hyundai team could take lessons on customer service from their counterparts at Kia. Having said all that I must pay tribute to Janice Jones-Griffiths (Finance) who handled one of my Hyundai issues with great tact and diplomacy and contacted us when she said she would contact us
