Wonderful surgery in Llandaff , Dr Marina & Dr Simpkins are really outstanding Doctors and anything in between Tracey the Practice Manager deals with immediately. I feel very lucky to have them looking after the health of myself and my family .

I was the only patient in the waiting room with my 3 month old baby. The receptionist told me that she was going on a break and asked if I could tell any other patients that walk in that they'd need to take a seat.... Sums up this place, the WORST!

Joke of a doctors. Rang up for an emergency prescription for tonsillitis. And all they can say is that there full booked . Why dont they just listen .

Absolutely shocking doctors hard to get through on the telephone in the mornings by time you do all appointments have gone I am 30 weeks pregnant and have not once met my midwife I only found out her name was Tracey the other week I called them up and said its disgraceful have you got any other midwifes there? They stated no its been a shortage due to covid really? And they said Tracey was off ill for sometime whatever that means?! So basically I'll be giving birth in about 9 weeks now and still wouldn't have met my midwife shocking service ashamed to call myself a British citizen ive moved doctors to taffs well who are much better stay away from this utter shambles of a so called practice your health doesn't matter to them thats evidently clear!
