Ton-Y-Felin Medical Centre

I've been really impressed. I found it surprisingly easy and quick to get an appointment, and this was followed up quickly and efficiently. All the tests I needed were completed efficiently, fully explained to me, and again followed up well. Everyone who I've come across has been really helpful and pleasant to deal with, so all in all, it has been a much better experience than I'd anticipated.

I'm trying to make contact in an emergency and they not answer on phone. Big problem with contact with this surgery!!!

I wish there was option for 0 stars, unfortunately there isn't. By far the worst medical centre in Caerphilly and Wales. My wife had a CT scan a month ago and the results were back with the surgery 10 days ago and we are still waiting for a doctor to have a look at them.

My wife having just given birth 7 days ago, was suffering extreme pain and discomfort, called them for help in tears, was told to go and see her pharmacist. They showed no interest or evidence of actualy caring, I consider there actions as willful neglect. They are a disgrace.
