I'll keep it short. Our experience as tenants renting a property from Keylet: Professional appearance, nice office, they were happy to negotiate contract. In terms of sales they are fine. When we arrived in the flat, it was full of previous tenants belongings, moldy walls and broken fittings. Maintenance - if there is anything wrong with your property, you are unlikely to get it resolved. Despite numerous e-mail and calls regarding a leak and the landlord accepting the cost of repair, Keylet never sent anyone out. This is only one example. Ending the tenancy - THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. We were charged 120 for them to wipe surfaces. We thoroughly cleaned the flat prior to leaving. We clearly left the flat in a far better state than when we arrived. If renting, STAY CLEAR OF KEYLET would be our advice.
