Brilliant company to work for. Very lovely office staff always going that extra mile for you. When my bicycle was stolen, they gave me an electric one until I got a new one! Not only that, all the clients are brilliant and all the other carers are supper friendly.

PerfectPal is a very well organised care service. It is a very professional company with very high quality care and employee standards. When I first started working with PerfectPal as a new employee, I received outstanding support and guidance from their very helpful staff. They made everything very clear and easy for me to understand and now I am very happy at doing my job. The team is a very supportive network of excellent individuals who provide their best support whenever possible. I feel very proud to be a part of this organisation.

Perfect Pal Healthcare is a terrific place to work because there is less travel and all appointments are very close to one another, The schedule is excellent and very flexible. Excellent ON-CALL help is available at all times.The combination of Arman, Kamile, and Hayley is just brilliant and delightful. Yes, there are moments when the work is difficult and demanding, but it's also incredibly fulfilling to know that I have helped someone in need. I can't express my gratitude to you enough for giving me this fantastic opportunity to work with them. To be completely honest, I've never seen a better company. Happy to be employed at Perfect Pal Health Care.

By far the best job I am on its been 10 months that I am in UK and changed about 5 different jobs but PerfectPal is been my like my family from past 6 months and never have thought to change my job anymore they have the best facilities for workers and clients, being a non Uk citizen which is a brown person, never made me feel that had equal respect, hours and opportunities with them they have the best management team be it my trainer, Kamila, Hayley and all rounder Darshika they are 24/7 available either it be 5am in the morning way before shift starts or midnight they have been working effortlessly all time andal days and Arman our boss he is the kindest and welcoming gentleman who is always ready to answer your questions and help you out with problems abd these people get the best clients who are really like my family when after staying away from mine, PerfectPal has always been very supportive and even when made terrible mistakes never pointed out in public but took care of it silently, loved the company so much that got 2 ofmy housemates join and they love working for them as well, By far the best care services seen and served and do suggest people to join them for work and even for their care services if needed.
