I went in with my wife today and didn't have a clue what we were after exactly, even after being at other pram places we were still none the wiser but when we came here we spoke to Jess and she gave us the real world scenarios for our situation and we've decided which pram we wanted now thanks to her and your store

We just ordered our new pram from here. The ladies were so helpful - they left us to try out prams and see what we liked, but they were always on hand to answer questions or show us how to fold certain ones etc. They struck exactly the right balance between being available to help, but still giving us space to take our time choosing. They also gave us loads of very helpful information about car seats, and I felt their answers to our questions were very honest - it didnt feel like there was any upselling or pressure, which is something I really appreciate. A lovely shopping experience. Thanks so much for all your help!
