Smyths Toys Superstores

I have been to Smyths Toy Superstore Cardiff, on a few occasions to purchase a number of items. There is a Sercurity Guard called Shane, that always goes out of his way to help. He always goes above and beyond, he is the most helpful employee that any store could have. I made a point of bringing it too the managers attention, in which he totally agreed with myself. He also informed me that, because Shane is not an employee of the store, and employed through a 3rd party, they nearly lost his services. What a massive lose this would be to the store. I would recommend that this store (Cardiff) employs Shane as soon as possible and promote him to a supervisors roll. My girlfriend and myself watched him helping other staff with their tasks even after helping us. He is a true gentleman and a super asset to your company. Please review Shane's position in your Cardiff Store (Promotion).

What a load of rubbish the dinosaur pop up tent is. Very difficult to pack away - in fact almost impossible the instructions are not very clear. Wouldn't let me post this if I didn't give it one star. Don't buy it

Will never be shopping at shop again as I had brought a Christmas toy mr. Frosty maker and it was broken would not make ice .went to take it back and they said no to refund as it been open utter joke
