Unfortunately the initial hopes of help and support for my mother in law were not met. Although the carers are kind, nice people, there was no active effort to manage the difficult situation. The cleaners did not implement a good cleaning routine. Perhaps the organization should become more customer aware and implement better ways to train their staff. Thank you, but we won't use their services again in the future

I have worked now a year and it has been a very good experience they always try their best for the clients and look after the staff. I would encourage people to work for them and for clients to use their services. All our clients appreciate the continuity of care and our professional approach.

I have worked here six months there are a few issues but they are being worked on, I have good hopes for the future. The office are open to suggestions and listen to the carers at least in my experience

Mum has a few regular carers and they are absolutely brilliant dealing with mum who has alzheimers. She loves them and they treat her with the utmost care and respect. Thank you Rosa, Victoria, ula, adrian, caroline, Lesley and the rest of you that I may not have mentioned for taking such amazing care of our beautiful mum. Xxx
