First Class care and I would highly recommend them. They have been invaluable with their care and support provided to my mother. The carers are down to earth and my mum looks forward to seeing them. The angels in red, is what we call them. Cant praise them enough and the carers are lovely and so caring. Being a small care provider is key as they arent too big and regular carers become friends.

Disgusting care. Left patients for days without feeding them and leaving them fester in their own feces. The also stole money from them! Shameful

Dear Mr mathews thank you for your comments regarding 3D care Cardiff. however, I am a little confused, after extensive investigation and speaking personally to all of our service users I can find no basis for these comments, in fact we have only ever had good feedback form those that we care for. I have invited all of our service users to contact CIW/Social Care wales if they have any issues regarding any aspect of their care. In order to be transparent I have also brought your comments to the attention of the Care inspectorate of wales, Social care wales and south wales police. If you can provide further evidence of your claim I would be happy to speak with you.
