I popped in to this store about 3weeks ago and bought a lovely plush pink 4 draw divan , I must say take a look around make sure you speak to Niki she is wonderful her approach is out standing she nos about her beds lol,excellent customer service that you dont find in many places , if you need a good lay pop to bedworld on Newport road youll be sure to find your ideal BED ,, Thank you Niki !! Absolutely terrible from the time of buying to the delivery. When looking at buying a electric bed in the shop it was set up back to front. Ordered the bed mattress and headboard, day of delivery no headboard the mattress 4ft yet bed is 6ft. When we rung to tell them about headboard and wrong size mattress they said I could have waited another month for the correct bits to be sent out so I said I want a refund. Collection was booked for a Saturday 7.30 till 7.pm waited in all day and no one came. When called to find out why they haven't turned up to collect it wasn't in the system. Eventually they came a few days later. Absolutely disgusting service would never recommend buying from these. Also with delivery wouldn't take it upstairs and no set up, and NO MANUAL to show how to do set it up. ZERO STARS
